The apartment, portion of a very old country house, is located 4,5 km from Antella (Bagno a Ripoli) on a 400 mt. high hill. One may enjoy from here the view of Florence and the surrounding hills, the Apennines behind and the Chianti area, a bird’s -eye view of rarely seen beauty.
The charming house is sorrounded on one side by large fields of olive trees, while on the other by oak- and chestnutwoods, an appealing, quiet mix of natural beauty.
The apartment is only 17 km from the Old Bridge in the heart of Florence, about 25 minutes by car. The village of Antella offers you a supermarket, tipycall florentine shops and also a laundry, hairdresser and a pharmacy. Regular bus service every 15 minutes will take you into Florence.
So without loosing town’s advanteges, you’ll explore country life, enjoy and relax yourself.
The apartment is 70 square mt. and is only for two people.
It is located at the 1st floor of the house and is composed by a large entrance with a built-in cupboard; on the left by a large, airy living-dining room; on the right by a double bed room (or twin beds); then, following a corridor, by a bathroom with tub, shower and a washmachine and by a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave; there is a vacuumcleaner, tv, heating, telephone on request. In summer you can enjoy the pool and the garden, part of which is reserved only for the guests of the apartment. |
