The Farm is located on a hilltop overlooking the Val di Chiana only miles away from Cortona. Its ideal location allows guests to dip into a genuine Tuscan atmosphere and enjoy a stunning all-round view of the surroundings. A relaxed spot away from big crowds and busy streets, the central location of the farm allows guests to easily reach all major tourist attractions in the area such as Cortona, Perugia, Chiusi, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Siena, Florence, Assisi and Gubbio.
The area surrounding the farm is dotted with wheat and sunflower fields flanked by country tracks you will be able to walk or bike on. Bicycles will be available free of charge upon request. This is a red-brick farmhouse with typical interiors featuring exposed wood-beam ceilings.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a one hectare garden featuring flowerbeds and cobblestone paths that slopes down to the large swimming pool (24 x 12 metres) looking out towards Cortona and complete with sunbeds and beach umbrellas. Part of the garden is reserved for children with slides and see-saws.
The farm consists of five apartments on the ground floor and one 190 sq. metre master apartment located on the first floor.
