PRICE ALL INCLUDED. The farm extends over 1300 acres of Chianti Classico territory in Tuscany, central Italy. At the heart of the farm is the ancient hamlet of Fabbrica; here the main Villa, the church of S. Andrea, the wine cellars and the oil press are all located. All over the farm, at a height of 360 metres above sea level, the slopes with the best exposure to the sun have been given over to the cultivation of vines. The farm also has 160 hectares of olives, while cereals are cultivated in the valleys and the flat lands and are irrigated with water from two large reservoirs. The farm produces Chianti Classico wines, IGT wines, extra-virgin and DOP olive oil, grappa and Vinsanto. This farm is part of the "Fabbrica-Santa Cristina" hunting reserve. For lovers of hiking and cycling the surrounding territory presents numerous itineraries in a splendid, unspoilt landscape. The farm offers accommodation apartments in one of the two farmhouses immersed in the countryside. In the communal areas outside, all the guests have the use of a swimming pool, a barbeque, dining tables and chairs for eating ‘al fresco’ and a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. This apartment has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms each with shower, a large living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchen.
