arriving from Rome along the A1 motorway, take chiusi-chianciano Terme motorway exit and follow the directions to Chianciano Terme, Montepulciano, Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia and, finally, Montalcino.
from Florence
Arriving from Florence along the A1 motorway, take the "Firenze Certosa" motorway exit, taking the "Firenze-Siena 4" exit lanes. Leave at "Siena Sud" and follow the directions to Montalcino.
from Grosseto
Arriving from Grosseto, take the "Grosseto-Siena" road, leave at "Civitella-Paganico" and follow the directions to Monte Amiata and then Montalcino.
