1. ACCEPTANCE of TERMS OF SERVICE
Tuscany Villas Rentals Italy manages online advertising and online booking only. After booking the landlord takes all the reservation responsibility.
Each accommodation in Tuscany Villas Rentals Italy database has its particular conditions, these are detailed on the website www.apartments-florence-italy.com in the apartment web page and also in the email with the confirmation of availability. Accepting now these conditions means you are accepting the particular conditions of the apartment that you are going to reserve.
2. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Advance payment must be paid by the online booking form. Tuscany Villas Rentals Italy will send an email with the confirmation form (please take note that this confirmation will normally take up to 3 days). All the details in the confirmation form are considered accepted. You have to advise Tuscany Villas Rentals Italy in case you dont receive any confirmative form
3. COMMON CONDITIONS
- Each owner of apartment fixes conditions of payment of the balance due for renting accommodation, accepting now the conditions of this reservation you accept conditions of payment published on our website and detailed on the email that will be sent after the advance payment. You will find the balance payment method on the confirmative module, please call the landlord or contact person you will find on the module to have any more detail on the balance form.
- Please contact a few days before your arrival the contact person (that you will find on the confirmation module) to confirm the meeting time and place on arrival
- You must give back all sets of keys on departure
- You must leave apartment at the check out time
- You can not damage the apartment’s furniture or facilities
- Lodging more people than mentioned in the reservation is not allowed
- Noises are forbidden after 9.00 pm inside the apartment and also in the staircase. Guests not respecting this point will be immediately asked to leave the property with no refund of the rent paid.
- The property owner reserves the right to ask the tenant for the signature of a location contract when paying the outstanding amount of rent or upon arrival.
- The owner or the contact person reserve the right to change the accommodation due to irreparable damages or major reasons, and Tuscany Villas Rentals Italy will not be liable for the inconveniences caused.
- Tuscany Villas Rentals Italy is not responsible for any not communicated changes made by the landlord on the status of the apartment that make it different from the website description
- Tuscany Villas Rentals Italy will not be liable for the possible theft of objects deposited in the apartment.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Written cancellations received up to a fixed number of days before the arrival (this number is written in the web page of each apartment, normally is 15 days) will be refunded with 100% of the advance payment.
Tuscany Villas Rentals Italy will not refund the balance paid to the landlord or contact person. The balance cancellation policy is stated by the property owner.
