This old Villa is a large, typical Tuscan country house (about 318 mq2), lovingly restored and equipped with all modern comforts. The house is surrounded by extensive gardens and has its own private pool. There is a barbeque and a veranda with tables and chairs for dining outside. Here our guests are able to relax in absolute tranquillity and privacy. On the Ground floor:1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, spacious living room and kitchen with dishwasher, oven, toaster, food blender and microwave oven. On First Floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and bath tub, 2 bathrooms with shower, spacious living room dining room, typical Tuscan kitchen with dishwasher, oven, toaster, food blender and microwave oven. Pigeon Loft: 1 twin bedroom. Service included: private swimming pool; off road parking; laundry room; 2 wall safes; Satellite TV; ‘Welcome-pack’: (mineral water, wine, milk, bread, jam, sugar, tea, coffee, pasta and tomato sauce); mid-week change of towels; weekly change of linen; cot or baby bed; final cleaning; visits to our historic wine cellars with tasting of our wines and olive oil products |
