The property is situated in the hills between Volterra, San Gimignano and
Casole D'Elsa .
The property was constructed circa 1960 ; and is 312m2 in size and was
recently refurbished to a very high standard.
It comprises 4 double rooms one ensuite with a walk in wardrobe and
external balcony, two double bedrooms with breathtaking views of the Tuscan
Countryside and one twin bedroom with views of external gardens and pool.
All bedrooms are located on the first floor with one additional family bath
room.
On the ground floor we have one large living room with an external door to
the front lawns, off the living room is an office space complete with fax,
photocopier and internet connection points. In addition we have our third
bathroom and the tiled stairs leading to the first floor.
A fully functional kitchen is centred between a laundry room on one side and
the dining room on the other, guests can exit to the rear of the property
from each room. Our dining room seats eight to ten and provides guests with
the opportunity to open the two sets of double doors to provide a feel of al
fresco dining.
Externally we have a children's play area, paved barbeque area, covered
gazebo which within we have a dining table capable of accommodating eight to
ten people.
To the front of the property we have a paved path leading to our private
pool and lined to one side by a mature hedge, the path is boarded on each
side by mature manicured lawns.
At the bottom of our garden we have a 10 x 6 meters pool; the pool is
surrounded by a paved area to accommodate those guests who may wish to
sunbathe.
Opposite the pool we have a car parking area which can accommodate up to
three standard vehicles; access to this area is via electrical gates.
Additional car parking for two vehicles is also to the rear of the property
and access is via a second electrical gates located at the rear of the
house.
All the property is closed by a high fence boarded with mature edge and
trees.
The historical towns of Voterra and San Gimignano are within 20 mins driving
time, Siena, Pisa and Firenze 1 hour approx.
