A fabulous Villa dating back to the early1900.The house is part of a large estate which produces extra virgin olive oil. Here in the hills outside the idyllic old town of Loro Ciuffenna it’s possible to enjoy the outstanding scenery and marvel why relatively few tourists come to this part of Tuscany.
The Villa sits high in the landscape(450m. above sea level), making it quite cool even in the height of Summer.
If you want to go on foot to Loro Ciuffenna, from the Villa ,there is a lovely 3 km.walk along a small path. By car(3km from the town); after, there is a unmade private road (700m) towards the estate and the wood.Around the Villa there is an enclosed garden with garden furniture, table-tennis, barbecue, wood burning oven ,bowling green ,swimming-pool (10x5) with fantastic view.
The Villa (160mq) is split over two floors.
Ground floor: a panoramic loggia ,were you can eat outside most of the year , hall ,living room with fireplace , kitchen-dining room and bathroom with shower.
First floor: three double bedrooms (one of which has also a sofa bed for one person), a twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.
The Villa has also washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV ,bicycles (free use), microwave, freezer , iron , filter coffee machine ,bed and high chair for children, etc..
The charming old medieval village of Loro Ciuffenna lies at the foot of Pratomagno mountain chain and the Villa overlooks it (3km.far) .Closer there are many Medieval and Romanesque parishes.
The lovely river Ciuffenna flows through the town giving it a refreshing atmosphere; it flows also near the house.
Besides the fantastic atmosphere ,there are several charming restaurants and coffee bars in this town which is 29 km from Arezzo ,40 km from Florence and 50 km from Siena. You can reach these towns by car in less then an hour.
The Villa is near the big Italian Outlets like PRADA, GUCCI, FENDI, TOD’S, HOOGAN, FERRAGAMO, ARMANI… were you can buy at reasonable prices.
You have the possibility to buy extra virgin oil of farm production. On request, the owners can prepare typical Tuscan dinners.
