The restoration of an old Tuscan farmhouse, built in 1878, has resulted to make 4 charming, self-catering apartments/suites (for 2 and 4 people) and a nice, independent villa (4 sleeps) with private garden. They're situated in Tuscany - in the province of Siena, in Montepulciano - just halfway between Florence and Rome.
A long, cypress-lined drive leading to the farm sets the tone of its country elegance. The accommodations are completely hand-decorated and are embellished by trompe l'oeil to offer the guest a refined, cosy and exclusive atmosphere.
All the accommodations are independent, provided with personal safe, Internet connection, phone, satellite TV, independent heating, mosquito screens.
They have fully-equipped kitchens, bathrooms with a Jacuzzi Hydro massage tub, shower and hair dryer, bedrooms with ceiling fan.
It also offers a parking area, an open pool equipped with sun beds and sun umbrellas, a large garden, a barbecue and a gazebo.
All around there are wonderful hill and medieval villages to explore, in fact this farm is a wonderful base for exploring Southern Tuscany and Umbria and their rich cultural heritage.
This is a small, delightful, independent villa on 2 floors, perfect for 4 people. It is externally covered with brick and it has been carefully restored with terracotta floors, ceilings with chestnut beams and a type of brick typical of traditional Tuscan buildings. It has it’s own private garden for dining al frescoe and relaxing.
It is also equipped with: satellite TV: CNN; EURO SPORT etc, personal safe, Internet connection, telephone for making internal oe externalcalls and indipendent heading.
All windows have mosquito screens.
On ground floor:- a fully equipped kitchenette, with a gas stove top that has different sized elements, so you could pick one to suit the pot and not flames leaping up the sides; fridge, microwave oven, American Style Coffee machine and toaster with a table that could be extended.

On first floor:- a bedroom with matrimonial canopy bed and ceiling fans, in front of the bed there is a Trompe l’oeil picture of a window painted on the wall. The furniture, too, including the wardrobe is all painted light blue by the owner, Marzia.
If you book this accommodation for 1 week or more you will have 1 cooking lessons and one typical-dinner for free.
