The Villa is furnished with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, a security alarm system, satellite TV/DVD and stereo, telephone/fax and ADSL connections. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.
Kitchen furnishings comprise: cooker with electric oven, dish washer, microwave oven, large refrigerator, American coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle.
The Villa holding’s exclusive facilities number: a swimming-pool (7.5 X 15 m, min. depth 1.20/max. 2.60 m) equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun beds, besides an external laundry room (2 washing machines, tumble-dryer).
