This Villa with swimming pool is an antique farmhouse typical of the Umbrian countryside, located only few miles away from Tuscany. It dates back to the end of the 19th century and was recently thoroughly refurbished and furnished with antique furniture .
Inside, its wide living room and the comfortable bedrooms are decorated with warm and bright colors that confer a cozy atmosphere to the whole setting . The Villa is surrounded by its own large, flourishing park that offers breathtaking views over the nearby gently rolling hills of Umbria and Tuscany .
Besides numerous plants and flowers that are common to the Mediterranean basin, the garden of Villa hosts a marvelous swimming pool and a beautiful panoramic terrace where it is also possible to dine outdoors. Adjacent to the Villa is a bright tavern, fully equipped with kitchen and wood fireplace that help to create a romantic and intimate atmosphere.
The Villa offers the best for a relaxing vacation, plunged in the warm colors of the Umbrian and Tuscan countryside. Here one can truly experience a farm holiday, strolling amidst wheat fields, sunflowers and vineyards and visiting the natural oasis of Trasimeno Lake, Chiusi and Montepulciano, just a few miles away.
Furthermore, the Villa is very close to ancient and marvelous little towns: coffers of art and culture, such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona, Cittą della Pieve ,etc .
Ground floor:
The ground floor is made up of a double living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a large corner fireplace, dining room with TV set, long antique table and typical wood-fired heater. A large corridor divides the living room from another room furnished with king-size bed, sofa, and bathroom with shower. Access to the ground floor from either the main door or a glass door that looks onto the garden.
First floor:
The first floor is made up of four bedrooms (three with king-size beds and one with twin beds) bathroom with bathtub.
From 2006 there is also a bathroom with hydromassage and a king size bedroom at the top of the house.
Adjacent to the villa is a luminous dependance provided with a fully equipped typical Tuscan kitchen and fireplace. Next to the dependance is an outdoor stone BBQ and wood-fired oven.
Accessories:
Washing machine, heating, BBQ, rollaway bed and, on request, private cook and extra cleaning services. The adjacent swimming pool, surrounded by a wide, terracotta tiled terrace, is equipped with tables and umbrellas. FINAL CLEANING IS 10 EUR/Person ( minimum 75 Eur ).
